Mark STINSON, M.D.

It is hard to believe that a year has gone by since Mark left us. His birthday, February 20th, just came and went. He would have turned fifty. The anniversary of his death on March 2nd is upon us.

This has been a year of profound loss and grieving for many of us. It has also been a time of awakening. The world as we knew it has changed forever.

I invite you to join me in celebrating Mark’s life . Take a look at some of the images and albums on these pages. Download anything you would like to have. Send me a note or a photo of your own to paperhammer@mac.com and I will post it on the blog . Consider giving to one of the worthy causes established in Mark’s name.

Take a moment in the rush of your day to take a deep breath of gratitude. Remember Mark and resolve to live every moment as if it were your last.

One Year ago

I would rather be ashes than dust! I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.
